🌿 The "Zen" experience: a wellness break in virtual reality
In a setting inspired by Japanese gardens, let yourself be guided by a virtual Zen master through simple breathing and relaxation exercises.
- Duration: 5 minutes per session
- Ages 8 and up
- Accessibility: seated experience, suitable for people with reduced mobility
- Audience: everyone, curious people, families, gamers, tired exhibitors... 😄
Objective: to offer a peaceful haven where visitors can recharge their batteries between activities, and show how virtual reality can also be a tool for well-being and kindness.
